摘　　要：研究了OCB模式液晶显示器件的膜补偿方式,给出了4种膜补偿结构的优化参数以及4种膜补偿结构下的等对比度视角图和响应时间。4种膜补偿结构通过模拟与研究都得到了很好的优化结果,最大对比度都可以达到2 200以上,响应时间在2ms以下。How to compensate OCB mode and get the optimal parameters of the compensation films for high contrast ratio are analyzed.The iso-contrast contour and response time were calculated for four compensating schemes with the optimization results.The maximal contrast ratio is greater than or equal to 2 200 and the response time is less than 2 ms in any compensating schemes.
