摘　　要：滨蒿内酯是从茵陈中提取的有效成分,有利胆保肝、消炎镇痛、降血脂、抗肿瘤、平喘、免疫调节等作用。近年来发现其在抗变态反应方面的作用可能会使其临床价值得到进一步提高。本文从提取、化学合成、免疫调节作用机制及对呼吸道变应性疾病的作用等方面对其进行综述。Scoparone is a kind of inchen extractive,and has the function of cholagogue,liver-protecting,anti-inflammatory,analgesia,antihyperlipidemics,anti-tumor,inhibiting asthma,immunoregulation,and so on.At present,some researchers found its role of anti-allergic,which may improve its value of clinical application.This article reviews the extraction,biosynthesis,mechanism of immunoregulation action and the effects on allergic disease of scoparone.
