摘 要:本研究分别以豆油和磷酸二氢钙平衡饲料总油脂和总磷水平,以血球蛋白粉和鱼粉交叉组合平衡总氮水平,在等氮等油脂等磷条件下研究血球蛋白粉替代鱼粉对异育银鲫幼鱼生长性能的影响,探讨以饲料原料优化组合来实现血球蛋白粉对鱼粉替代的可行性。将初始平均体重为(18.40±1.07)g的异育银鲫幼鱼270尾随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。各组饲料的血球蛋白粉含量分别为0(对照组)、2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%、11.5%,对应的鱼粉含量分别为13.8%、10.7%、7.8%、4.8%、1.8%、0。试验期为83 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,当饲料中血球蛋白粉添加量为7.5%、10.0%和11.5%时,鲫鱼的特定生长率、蛋白质沉积率和脂肪沉积率显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数显著下降(P<0.05),形体指标和体成分无显著差异(P>0.05)。但是,当饲料中血球蛋白粉添加量为11.5%时,鲫鱼的存活率有所下降。由此得出,在综合考虑饲料营养平衡的前提下,异育银鲫幼鱼饲料中血球蛋白粉与鱼粉的适宜比例为(7.5%:4.8%)^(10.0%:1.8%)。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of substituting fish meal with spray-dried blood cells on growth performance of juvenile gibel carp,and to discuss the feasibility of substituting of fish meal with spray-dried blood cells which is achieved by the optimal combination of feed ingredients.Six experimental diets were formulated isonitrogenously,isolipidicly and isophosphorously.The levels of total lipid and total phosphorus were balanced by soybean oil and Ca(H2PO4)2,respectively,and the level of total nitrogen was balanced by cross combination of spray-dried blood cells and fish meal.Two hundred and seventy juvenile gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio) with an initial average body weight of(18.40±1.07) g were randomly assigned to six groups with three replicates in each group and fifteen fish per replicate.The diets of six groups contained 0(control group),2.5%,5.0%,7.5%,10.0% and 11.5% spray-dried blood cells,respectively,and contained 13.8%,10.7%,7.8%,4.8%,1.8%,and 0 fish meal,correspondingly.The experimental period lasted for 83 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,when the diets contained 7.5%,10.0% and 11.5% spray-dried blood cells,the specific growth rate,protein and lipid deposition rate of fish were significantly increased(P0.05),and the feed conversion rate was significantly decreased(P0.05),while the body indices and body composition were not significantly different(P0.05).However,the survival rate of fish was decreased when the diet contained 11.5% spray-dried blood cells.In conclusion,comprehensively considering the dietary nutritional balance,the optimal proportions of spray-dried blood cells to fish meal in the diets for juvenile gibel carp are between(7.5%︰4.8%) to(10.0%︰1.8%).
