摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平黄芪多糖对蛋鸡抗氧化性能及蛋品质的影响。试验选取健康、生产性能相近的380日龄海兰灰蛋鸡1 440只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复60只鸡。以玉米-豆粕型饲粮为基础饲粮,各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0、50、100、150、200和250 mg/kg黄芪多糖,试验期8周。结果表明:在饲粮中添加适量的黄芪多糖可以显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性(P<0.05),同时显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);蛋黄中SOD和GSH-Px活性也有所提高,MDA含量有所降低,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);在蛋品质方面,添加适量黄芪多糖可以改善蛋黄颜色,提高哈氏单位,增加蛋壳厚度,但差异也均不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加适量黄芪多糖能够在一定程度上提高蛋鸡机体的抗氧化酶活性,可能通过这种作用防止叶黄素被氧化,增加色素的沉积,从而改善蛋黄颜色。The objective of this study was to compare the effects of different dietary Astragalus polysaccharides(APS) levels on antioxidant capacity and egg quality of laying hens.One thousand four hundred and forty 380-day-old healthy Hyline laying hens with the similar productive performance were randomly allocated to six treatments with four replicates each and sixty hens in each replicate,and fed the corn-soybean meal based diet with 0,50,100,150,200,250,300 mg/kg APS,respectively.The experiment lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that moderate supplementation of APS significantly increased the activities of superoxide dimutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and significantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA) content in serum(P0.05);furthermore,there was a rising trend in the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and a decreasing trend in MDA content in egg yolk(P0.05).As for egg quality,moderate supplementation of APS improved yolk color,and increased Haugh unit and egg shell thickness(P0.05).These results indicate that moderate APS supplementation can increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes,which may prevent lutein from being oxidized and promote the pigment deposition associated with the improvement of yolk color.
