滕州城区人群2型糖尿病危险因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨滕州市城区人群非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(以下简称糖尿病)发病的危险因素,为制订干预对策与措施提供依据。方法 2008年5-6月,对滕州市中心人民医院就诊的102例糖尿病患者,进行1:1配对的条件Logistic回归分析。结果经多因素条件Logistic回归分析,最终进入模型的因素是高血脂、高血压、糖尿病家族史、脂肪摄入、体重指数和腰臀比,其OR值分别为3.60、1.65、4.06、1.60、2.08和3.71。结论高血脂、高血压、有糖尿病家族史、脂肪摄入多、体重指数大、腰臀比大者易患糖尿病。Objective To investigate the risk factors of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus in community population in Tengzhou,so as to provide scientific foundation for formulating and implementing community intervention program of the disease.Methods 102 patients from Tengzhou Central People＇s Hospital were questioned by the one to one matched case-control study from May to June in 2008.Risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression.Results Hyperlipidemia（OR =3.60）,hypertension（OR =1.65）,DM family history（OR =4.06）,fat intake（OR =1.60）,BMI（OR =2.08） and high waist hip ratio（OR =3.71） were significant in multiple-regression of risk factors of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.Conclusion Those with hyperlipidemia,hypertension,DM family history,fat intake,high BMI and high waist hip ratio have the higher risk of diabetics.
