摘 要:目的:观察半导体激光治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将患者83例随机分为2组,治疗组43例,采用半导体激光并超短波对足底筋膜炎治疗;对照组40例,单纯采用超短波治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为88.4%;对照组有效率为72.5%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光照射治疗足底筋膜炎可明显提高疗效。Objectives:This research is to obseive the clinical effectiveness of through semi-'conductor'laser of plantm fasciitis treatment. Methodology: Patients will be divided into 2 sample groups 43 of whom shall be treated with senti - conductor laser beam together with ultrashort waves on the treatmant part, Whilst the other 40 patients, the comparison group, shall be treated only with ultrashort waves. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 88.4 % compared with 72.5 % of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups ( p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion. This research concludes that semi - conductor laser treatment for can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
