摘 要:目的:研制激光驱动无针注射系统,并初步测试其性能。方法;设计无针注射器结构,选取激光器和光纤并进行组装。调试激光器参数,进行琼脂糖凝胶仿体模型及离体兔心脏喷射测试。结果:设计并制备锥柱型无针注射器喷嘴,选取30 W功率KY-LCLC CO_2激光器及直径1mill空心硅波导光纤组装成激光驱动无针注射系统,调整激光器参数占空比98%,Q频率10000Hz,喷射时间400ms时,2%琼脂糖凝胶仿体模型和离体兔心脏无针注射深度分别为(5.3±0.2)mm,(5.0±0.2)mm,宽度分别为(0.4±0.1)mm,(0.3±0.1)mm。结论:激光可作为无针注射系统的新型动力源,有望为临床用药提供一种新策略。Objective:The aim of this study was to prepare laser - driven needle - free injection system and test its performance. Methods: The structure of needle - free injector was designed. The laser and fiber was elected and assembled. The parameters of the laser was optimized. Injection tests was proceeded in the agarese gel phantom model and isolated rabbit hearts. Results: Cone - column nozzle of needle - free injector was designed and prepared. The laser driving needle - free injection system were assembled with 30 W KY - LCLC CO2 laser, optical fther with the diameter of 1mm and needle - free injector. The optimized parameters of the laser were duty ratio of 98%, Q frequency of 100130 Hz and injection time of 400 ms. The depth of needle- free injection in the agarose gel phantom model and isolated rabbit hearts was ( 5.34 ± 0.2 ) mm and ( 5.0 ±0.2 ) mm, respectively. The width of needle - free injection in the agarose gel phantom model and isolated rabbit hearts was (0.4 ± 0.1 ) mm and (0.3± 0.1 ) mm, respectively. Conclusion: Laser can be used as a new power source of needle - free injection system, which can provide a new strategy for medicine delivery.
