摘　　要：目的:研究倍他福林体内抗早产作用。方法;利用多种动物早产模型,观察倍他福林对晚期妊娠大鼠分娩启动的影响、倍他福林对清醒足月妊娠大鼠产程的影响以及倍他福林对前列腺素F_(2a)致小鼠早产的影响。结果:倍他福林可以延长晚期妊娠大鼠妊娠时间和产程;增加清醒足月大鼠各子鼠娩出时间差,提高子鼠出生死亡率;降低前列腺素F_(2a)致早产小鼠早产率。Objective：To study the effect of arresting preterm on betaphrine. Methods： We established many premature models to observe the effects of betaphrine on the delivery starting of late pregnancy in SD rats, the labor of aware fullterm pregnancy in SD rats and the premature which was induced by proslaglandin F2α in rats. Resuhs：Betaphrine could prolong the time of pregancy and the labor in SD rats;increase the time difference of expulsion m aware firUterm pregnancy＇ SD rats and improve birth mortality of neonatal rats; decrease the premature birth rate in rats which were induced by prostaglandin F2α
