摘 要:目的观察枸杞籽油对大鼠慢性脑低灌注损伤所致认知损害的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠经双侧颈动脉结扎建立慢性脑低灌注损伤模型,枸杞籽油0.8、0.4和0.2mL.100g-1灌胃60d后,进行Morris水迷宫实验,检测其空间记忆能力,水迷宫实验结束后,取大鼠海马及皮层组织测其乙酰胆碱酯酶活力(TChE)及乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)含量。结果枸杞籽油0.8、0.4和0.2mL.100g-1均可改善慢性脑低灌注损伤大鼠学习记忆障碍,TChE活性降低,ChAT活性升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论枸杞籽油能明显减轻大鼠慢性脑缺血所致认知功能障碍,抑制海马及皮层TChE活性,增加ChAT的活性。Objective To explore the protective effect of lyceum seedoil on cognitive injury induced by chronil hypoperfusion of the brain in rats. Methods Chronic hypoperfusion model of the brain injury was established in SD rats by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion. Rats were randomly divided into high -dosage group with 0.8mL·100g^-1, middle - dosage group with 0.4mL ·100g^-1 and low - dosage group with 0.2mL·100g^-1. After the drug groups were fed up for 60 days, the morris water maze experiment was earrled out to test the ability of memory through septohippocampus. The content of ChAT and activity of TChE were deter- mined in rats hippocampi and cortical tissue. Results (2)The dosage groups all had improvement effect on the i learning and memory disturbance of rats. (1)The activity of TChE was significantly reduced and ChAT was significantly increased in brain tissue of the cure group. Conclusion Lyceum seedoil can alleviate the rat cognitive dysfunction induced by chronic cerebral ischemia and inhibit the activity of TchE in functional areas of the brain, also increase the activity of CHAT.
