宁夏一起埃可病毒9型病毒性脑膜炎暴发疫情的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解2009年宁夏某县肠道病毒埃克病毒9型（ECHO9）所致病毒性脑膜炎暴发疫情的流行特征、影响因素和病原学病因，为今后地区性病毒性脑膜炎预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法开展现场流行病学调查和病原学检测，对流行病学特征和流行刚素进行分析。结果共发现病例85例，罹患率为0．19％o。发病集中在9月7～26日，以6～10岁儿童为主，占42．35％，男女性别比为2．40：1。此次流行以散发为主，县城所在地病例相对较多。病原学检测确定为埃可病毒9型所致的病毒性脑膜炎流行。此次流行与以下因素有关：该县多年未有过ECHO。所致疾病流行，易感人群累计较多；个人卫生习惯、当年的气候条件因素，当地的自然地理条件和饮食习惯，成为此次疾病流行的客观条件。结论此次病毒性脑膜炎流行是由ECHO9感染所致。今后应加强非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒所致疾病的监测和控制工作。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics, risk factors and etiology of a viral meningitis outbreak caused by Echo virus9 in a county of Ningxia Province in 2009. Methods The epidemiological investigation and etiology detection were carried out. Analyze the epidemic characteristics and risk factors. Results There were 85 cases with O. 19%e attack rate in the epidemic from July to October in 2009. The peak of the outbreak occurred from September 7 to 26. All cases were children under 15 year - old with an age -peak from 6 - 10 years old. Male were much more than female （2.40：1 ）. It showed that 85 cases distribute over ten small towns in the city and the town of the city with the highest attack rate. The etiological diagnosis indicated that the prevalence was caused by ECHO9. The general analysis of the prevalence was attributed to the following reasons. Firstly, the county hadnt prevalent of viral meningitis caused by Echo virus 9 before, and accumulate more susceptible population. Secondly, the habit of personal hygiene and weather condition factor. Thirdly, the natural geography circumstances and diet custom were the risk factors of the outbreak in this area. Conclusion The prevalent of aseptic meningitis was caused by ECHO9. The effective surveillance system for prevention and control the diseases caused by non -polio enteroviruses should be established.
