摘　　要：本文通过检索国内外LED照明重点企业的专利状况,分析他们在全球主要国家/地区的专利布局,总结我国与国外重点LED照明企业的专利情况的差异与不足。This paper research and analysis the patent status in the major countries/regional of domestic and foreign major enterprises in LED lighting industry, summarize the lack and difference between domestic and foreign major enterprises in LED lighting industry.
