摘 要:正激功率变换器广泛应用于中小功率电源变换场合。磁集成技术有助于降低磁元件绕组电流纹波及器件开关损耗,提高电源效率。通过对磁芯内部磁通有效合成,可减小交流磁通和直流偏磁,降低磁元件体积和重量。这里比较了正激功率变换器中分立磁件、解耦集成磁件和耦合集成磁件,分析各自输出纹波电流与磁路磁阻的关系,建立了100 W原理样机,得出解耦与耦合集成磁件优缺点,为磁集成技术的推广应用提供了参考。Forward-type power converter is widely used in small and medium-sized power supplies.Magnetic integra-tion technology helps to reduce the current ripple through windings,reduce the switching losses of components and improve the power efficiency.The internal magnetic fluxes can be effectively configured to lessen AC fluxes and DC bias,reduce the weight and volume of the power supplies.The different magnet-ic schemes in forward converters are compared in detail,including discrete magnetics,integrated magnetics with and without coupling effect.The relation-ships between output ripple current and the magnetic reluctance are analyzed.A 100 W prototype is built for experi-mental verification,the advantages and disadvantages of decoupling and coupling integrated magnetic components are achieved,which help to provide a valuable reference for the applications of magnetic integration technology.
