摘 要:提出了一种三电平定时滞环PWM电流控制方法。以单相压源整流器(VSR)为例,首先详细分析了在定时滞环电流控制方法下电流跟踪误差较大的原因。在此基础上,就电流变化率dis/dt对电流跟踪误差的影响展开了论述,并从开关调制策略入手,通过增加交流侧输出电压零电平,降低dis/dt,以减小电流跟踪误差。由于基于该方法的单相VSR左、右两个桥臂在交流电源正、负半波峰值附件的两个区间上交替工作,因此功率器件的开关损耗相对较小,使用寿命较长。仿真和实验结论显示,基于三电平定时滞环电流控制方法,VSR电流跟踪误差和电流畸变较小;电流谐波分量的幅值较小,VSR产生的电磁干扰较弱。A sort of three-level periodic hysteresis current control method is proposed.Firstly,taking single-phase voltage supply rectifier(VSR) for example,the paper analyses the forming reasons of the larger current errors in the control of periodic hysteresis current control.And then,this paper discourses the influences on the current errors from the current changing rate primarily.For reducing the current change rate to minish the current errors,a three-level periodic hystere-sis current control method is induced through adding zero voltage levels to the output AC voltage.Based on this method,the left and the right bridges of single-phase VSR work alternately between the two areas closed to the peak values of AC electrical source.Accordingly,the switching loss is less than the traditional periodic hysteresis current control method.The simulation and experimental results show that,based of the new method,the current errors are reduced,the harmonic current are depressed distinctly,and accordingly,the electromagnetic interference from the VSR is weakened.
