摘 要:针对不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,简称UPS)放电系统中硬开关直流变换器开关损耗严重的缺点,提出一种新型基于Buck-Boost变换器的无源无损软开关放电电路结构。通过电感、电容及二极管构成的缓冲电路实现功率开关管上能量的转移与回馈;探讨了该拓扑的控制过程及工作模态,分析了各开关器件应力及电路的实现条件;搭建了4 kW电源放电样机,实验结果表明,该电路拓扑可实现主功率开关管的零电流导通与零电压关断,变换器工作效率明显提高,证明了该拓扑的有效性。In order to decrease great consumption during switching process caused by the hard-switching in a uninter-ruptible power supply(UPS) discharge system,a novel passive lossless soft-switching(PPSS) topology based on Buck-Boost converter is proposed.Consumed energy on IGBT is transferred and fed back to load by using snubber circuit with inductance,capacitance and diode.Firstly,the controlling thoughts and different operation modes are introduced.Secondly,stress of the switch elements is analyzed and the parameter condition that must be satified by the capaci-tance and inductance is discussed.A 4 kW UPS discharge system converter prototype is built up,and it can operate in the ZCS and ZVS condition,obtains higher working efficiency than traditional hard-switching modes.The experimen-tal results verify the validity of this topology.
