摘  要:新经济增长学派认为经济增长动力包括劳动力、资本、技术化资本的生产要素,这也是企业组织产生和发展的要素集合。社会化大生产和技术分工产生了企业这一社会组织形式;电能等能源的广泛运用,生产率迅速提高,企业多产品部门、跨地区涌现,企业组织结构由职能一元指挥链向多元发展;知识经济时代,数字化管理使企业组织更加智能,企业以人为中心的组织结构要求学习型组织建设,知识共享和合作使资本和企业组织网络化更加可行,企业组织越来越扁平、智能、信息化。The new school of economic growth proposes that economic growth momentum includes labor,capital,production factors of technology-based capital,which is the element aggregation of the enterprise's emergence and development.Large-scaled socialized production and technology division have produced the enterprise,the form of social organization;with the extensive use of electricity and other energies,productivity has rapidly increased,and multi-product and trans-regional business departments have emerged,organizational structure has functioned from centralized command chain to diverse development;the knowledge economy age and digital management have enabled the enterprises more intelligent.People-oriented organizational structure requires building a learning organization,and knowledge sharing and cooperation makes the organization's capital and enterprise network more feasible.The organization has become more and more flat,intelligent and informationalized.
