对新疆产业结构区位商的分析

摘　　要：以新疆为代表的资源富集区要实现富民强区的战略目标就必须进行产业结构调整,研究适合区域产业优势发挥的产业政策。产业结构调整是伴随经济总量扩张必然面临的经济过程,是经济发展不可逾越的阶段和不可回避的问题。本文通过对新疆产业结构区位商的计算,在新疆产业发展现状的基础上,明确优势产业和劣势产业,分析新疆产业结构发展过程中存在的问题,为新疆产业结构优化布局和提高优势产业的发展地位提供研究参考。Provinces with rich resources,such as Xinjiang,have to carry out industrial structuring and study of the industrial policy suitable for exploiting the advantages of regional industry to achieve the strategic objectives to be wealthy and strong areas.Industrial restructuring is an economic process that accompanied by the expansion of the total economy,is an economic development stage and can not be avoided,and an insurmountable problem.By calculating location quotient of industrial structure in Xinjiang,based on the status quo of its industrial development,the paper makes it clear the competitive industries and declining industries,analyzes problems in its development,aiming to provide research information to optimize industrial structure layout and improve the position of competitive industries.
