摘　　要：目的 :探讨防止体外冲击波碎石 ( ESWL)治疗巨大肾结石后发生石街的方法。方法 :采用 ESWL结合预置 Dormia支架的方法治疗巨大肾结石 15例。结果 :全部患者术后均未发生嵌顿性石街 ,大部分结石粉末可通过拔除支架一同带出或沿支架自行排出。结论 :Dormia支架作为巨大肾结石 ESWL的辅助治疗工具 ,能有效地防止术后石街形成 ,促进碎石排出 ,但应注意掌握其适用范围和留置时限。Purpose: To explore the preventive method of the stone street formation after ESWL for large renal stones. Methods: 15 patients with larger renal stones were treated using ESWL and placing Dormia ureteral stents prior to ESWL to prevent stone street formation. Results: No impacted stone street occurred post ESWL. The stone fragments could be taken out following the retrieval of the Dormia stents and/or passed spontaneously along the stents. Conclusions: Dormia stents as auxiliary treatment of ESWL for treating large renal stones can effectively prevent the formation of stone street and facilitate the evacuation of fragments. Also, it is important to master the indications and duration of the stents indwelling.
