摘  要:目的了解大学生专业承诺现状,为提高大学生专业承诺水平和职业规划提供依据。方法使用连榕等编制的《大学生专业承诺量表》对387名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生的总专业承诺得分为(3.33±0.66),规范承诺得分(3.71±0.91),情感承诺得分(3.40±0.81),继续承诺得分(3.17±0.67),理想承诺得分(3.09±0.82)。在年级、院校类型、专业选择自主性、专业是否一志愿和是否独生子女上专业承诺部分或全部维度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大学生的专业承诺处于中等水平,应根据大学生专业承诺特点,有针对性的采取措施提高大学生专业承诺水平,促进大学生专业定位和职业规划。Objective To learn the professional commitment of college students,and to provide the references for improving their professional commitment level and career planing.Method Scales are used to survey professional commitment of 387 college students and then the data were analyzed.Results The professional commitment of college students was(3.33±0.66);the normative commitment was(3.71±0.91);the affective commitment was(3.40±0.81);the continuance commitment was(3.17±0.67);the ideal commitment was(3.09±0.82).There were significant differences on college students' professional commitment in gender,types of school,major,major choice,voluntary choice,and singleton(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion The level of the college students' professional commitment was at the medium level.It is suggested that measures should be taken to improve college students' professional commitment level and prompt their profession planning and career planing based on the professional commitment characteristics.
