摘  要:黄芪为常用中药,有利尿、降压、强心、提高机体免疫功能等作用,临床应用广泛。为满足市场需要,江苏省从山东引种膜荚黄芪至徐州等地栽培,由于生态条件的差异,徐州黄芪外观呈一定木质化,有碍销售,为此,作者曾对其进行比较研究[1],发现外观木质化与活性成分含量...AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bunge from Xu Zhou. METHODS: The compounds were separated by D101 macroporous absorbing resins and rechromatography on slilca gel. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated. They were elucidated as 3methoxy5hydroxyisoflavone7ODglucoside ( 1 ) astramembrannin I ( 2 ), astramembrannin II (THZ 3 ), astragaloside III ( 4 TBZ), cyclocanthoside E ( 5 ), acetyastragalosid I ( 6 ), sitosterol ( 7 ) and daucosterol ( 8 ). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 was a new compound and 5 was isolated from the root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge for the first time.
