摘 要:以年电能损失费用与折合为等年值的新增无功功率补偿设备投入费用之和最小为优化目标建立数学模型,以3种负荷方式近似代替10kV配电网实际运行情况,并采用粒子群算法对其无功补偿方式进行优化设计,避免了只考虑单一负荷而造成误差过大的情况。在计算方法上,采用了改进粒子群算法确定补偿点,有效地提高了优化精度。最后,以某城区配电网建设工程为实例进行了计算及相关指标对比,结果表明:通过无功补偿优化设计能够有效地降低配电网损耗,产生明显的经济效益。With optimization objective of minimizing the total cost of both energy loss and newly-added reactive power compensation equipments converted into uniform annual value,the mathematical model is built.Three load modes are used to grossly replace the actual operation of 10 kV distribution networks,and particle swam algorithm is employed for optimal design of reactive compensation method,avoiding large errors caused by consideration of single load.The improved particle swam algorithm is adopted to determine the compensation point and optimization precision is thereby effectively improved.Finally,some construction project of urban power distribution networks is taken as an example for calculation and comparison of relevant indexes,and the result shows that optimal design of reactive power compensation can effectively decrease distribution network loss and yield significant economic benefit.
