摘  要:目的:探讨玉米花粉多糖对肺泡巨噬细胞的激活作用。方法:用250、500、1000μg/mL的玉米花粉多糖体外诱导培养大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞72h,用全自动生化分析仪测定肺泡巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶与酸性磷酸酶活性,用放射免疫分析法测定肺泡巨噬细胞内肿瘤坏死因子的含量。结果:3种浓度的玉米花粉多糖均能非常显著地提高体外培养的大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性,并能非常显著地诱导肺泡巨噬细胞表达肿瘤坏死子因子。结论:玉米花粉多糖对肺泡巨噬细胞具有激活作用。AIM:To study the activative effects of maize pollen polysaccharides on alveolar macrophage (AMΦ).METHODS:The activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in the AMΦ of rats were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the expression level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the AMΦ of rats was analyzed by radioimmunoassay, after the AMΦ of rats were cultured with 250, 500, 1000 μg/mL pollen polysaccharides of maize (PPM)-RPMI 1640 for 72 hours in vitro .RESULTS:Activities of LDH and ACP was increased in AMΦ of rats induced by PPM, and the expression level of TNF in the AMΦ induced by PPM was increased markedly too.CONCLUSION:PPM can activate AMΦ in vitro.
