微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗25例胫骨远段骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨远段骨折的疗效。方法选择在本院就诊的胫骨远段骨折患者25例,均采用MIPPO治疗。结果全部均骨性愈合,治疗优良率占92.00%,所有患肢的踝关节活动基本正常,术后随访均未发现患者有切口感染、骨不愈合等明显并发症。结论 MIPPO治疗胫骨远段骨折患者疗效可靠、并发症少、骨折愈合率高。Objective To analyze the effect of MIPPO for the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 25 patients with distal tibial fi-actures were given MIPPO treatment. Results All patients were bone healed, the good rate was 92.00%, all the ankle joints were normal. After surgery, no severe complications such as nonunion,wound infections were found. Conclusions MIPPO for the treatment of distaltibial fractures has reliable efficacy, fewer complications and high rate of fracture healing.
