坦索罗辛联合知柏地黄丸治疗老年良性前列腺增生的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨知柏地黄丸联合高选择性α1受体阻滞剂坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法门诊BPH患者118例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服知柏地黄丸,联合服用坦索罗辛。对照组仅每晚睡前服用坦索罗辛。均治疗8周。观察治疗组与对照组治疗前后夜尿次数、尿流、排尿情况、生活质量(QOL)评分、射程等症状变化及国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分、前列腺体积及残余尿变化。结果患者治疗后肝肾功能均无异常。治疗8周后两组患者的夜尿次数多、尿流细、射程短、排尿无力等症状均有不同程度好转。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后QOL和IPSS评分均降低(P<0.05),残余尿显著减少(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后IPSS、残余尿明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论知柏地黄丸与坦索罗辛联合应用治疗BPH,可有效改善患者的主观症状与客观指标,无明显毒副作用。提示两种药物联合应用治疗良性BPH较为理想。Objective To study the curative effect of zhi bai di huang pill combined with α1 receptor blocker with high selectivitytamsulosin on benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 118 patients with BPH were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were given zhi bai di huang pill combined with tamsulosin once a day before sleeping. The patients in control group were given only tamsulosin once a day before sleeping. All the patients were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of symptoms such as nocturnal frequency, urinary and urination situation, quality of life （QOL） scores and intematianal-prognosic-scoring-systern （IPSS） scores and the weight of prostate and residual urine before and after treatment in the two groups were detected. Results There were no patients with abnormal liver and renal function after treatment. After 8 weeks, in the two groups the symptoms of patients＇ nocturnal frequency, thin urine flow, short range and weak urinary were improved. Compared to the pretherapy, QOL and IPSS scores after treatment were lower （P〈0.05）, residual urine significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the IPSS, residual urine in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Zhi bai di huang pill combined with tamsulosin for the treatment of BPH can effectively improve the patients＇ subjective symptoms and objective parameters, and there are no obvious side effects, which indi- cates that the combination of two drugs is more ideal for the treatment of BPH.
