摘　　要：完善高校财务治理对强化高校财务管理,提高办学效益,促进高校健康持续发展具有非常重要的作用。本文论述了高校财务治理特点,指出了高校财务治理中存在的问题,进而提出了完善高校财务治理的对策。Improving the financial governance of universities has played an important role in strengthening the financial management,improving the internal efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of universities.This paper discusses the characteristics of financial governance of universities,and points out the existing problems in the financial governance of universities,and then puts forward several countermeasures on improving financial governance of universities.
