摘 要:高含硫金属矿的自燃火灾一直是矿业安全的主要问题。自燃倾向性作为硫化矿石的内在特性以及判定自燃的重要指标,一直以来都是人们研究的对象。通过分析研究微生物氧化脱硫机理,利用嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.ferrooxidans)浸出硫化矿石,分解矿石表面的无机硫,降低矿石的硫含量。通过多因素指标法,测定细菌浸出前后硫化矿石的氧化增重率及自燃点相关指标。实验表明:通过氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出硫化矿石前后对比,硫化矿石的5天氧化增重率从2.044%降低到0.902%,自燃点从209.6℃升高到319.8℃,自燃倾向性等级由Ⅰ级降为Ⅲ级,降低了硫化矿石的自燃风险。The hazards caused by spontaneous combustion of the high sulfur metalliferous ore is always the main safety problem for mining industry.The spontaneous combustion tendency is one of the inherent property of sulfide ores as well as the important indicator to decide whether to pose spontaneous combustion.With the analysis on the mechanis of desulfurizing,A.ferrooxidans was used in bioleaching to decompound the sulfur on the surface of sulfide ores,and reduced the content of sulfur in.sulfide ores.Via the method of several factor indexes,the increasing weight of oxidation and the autoignition time point of sulfide ores were assayed before and after bioleaching.It showed that via bioleaching the sulfide ores,the increasing weight of oxidation in five days reduced from 2.044% to 0.902%,and the autoignition time point increased from 209.6℃ to 319.8℃,besides the tendency level reduced fromⅠto Ⅲ,so the hazards of spontaneous decreased.
