摘　　要：基础研究对一国创新能力的提升具有不可估量的作用,研究我国基础研究投入规模及投入格局的发展态势对进一步完善和发展我国基础研究具有重要的参考价值。本文在调研我国基础研究投入相关政策和数据的基础上,尝试运用熵测度法分析我国基础研究投入格局,同时给出了基础研究投入的七种模式。文章重点将申农指数与基础研究(BR)投入强度和研究与开发(R&D)投入强度进行对比,分析三者之间的联系,具有很强的理论及政策指导作用。Basic research plays an invaluable role in the national innovation capacity.The research on its scale and trend of pattern is helpful to further improve Chinese basic research.Based on the investigation of related policies and data of Chinese basic research,the paper tries to analyze Chinese basic research with entropy measuring method and presents seven modes of basic research investment.In the paper,Shannon index and BR/RD and RD/GDP are compared and analyzed,which are useful for supporting theory and policy on basic research.
