后危机时代中国战略性新兴产业发展战略的选择

摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是涉及国家根本竞争力、国家安全、国家战略目标实现,影响国家政治地位的产业。本文在分析战略性新兴产业的特点与发展趋势后,提出发展战略性新兴产业要统筹处理好国家与地方、政府调控与市场调节、产业规划与科技规划、战略性新兴产业与传统产业之间的关系,并就具体策略给出相关建议。Emerging industries of strategic importance,influencing the national political status,are related to the national basic competitiveness,national security and national strategic goal.China,ever missed several important chances to develop science and technology,is facing another wave of the world＇s scientific and technological revolution.In the new changing situation of the world＇s science and technology,we must try the best to catch the historical chance,to cultivate and develop the emerging industries of strategic importance,to push China to the road of innovation,to realize the dream to change China into a strong modern socialist country.
