摘　　要：技术创新与知识产权战略是一种互动关系,技术创新是企业实施知识产权战略的源动力,没有技术创新的企业很难实施知识产权战略,知识产权战略的实施又促进了企业的技术创新,高新技术企业在技术创新中应导入知识产权战略。There is interaction between technology innovation and intellectual property strategy.On the one hand,technology innovation is the driving power for enterprises to implement their intellectual property strategy.Without technology innovation,enterprises can hardly carry out the intellectual property strategy.On the other hand,the implementation of intellectual property strategy promotes enterprises＇ technology innovation.Therefore,high-tech enterprises should import intellectual property strategy into their technology innovation.
