摘　　要：随着全世界对石油需求的增加,建立完备的战略石油储备变得越来越重要。纵观世界各国,目前美国的战略石油储备体系的完备指数当数首指。而作为发展中的国家,中国的战略石油储备体系还处于初级建设阶段,还没有足够的实力和经验建立完备的储备体系。本文试图借鉴美国战略石油储备体系的成功经验,从尺度、地点、质量和技术等方面建立起适合中国国情的完备战略石油储备体系。As demands for petroleum increase around the world,it becomes increasingly important for all countries to develop complete strategic reserves.Within the developed nations,the reserves of the United States are the fullest and best.China,as a developing country,already has a limited reserve,but does not yet have the strength and experience to develop a full reserve.But by studying the U.S.petroleum strategic reserve system,China can adapt it to Chinese needs for size,quality,and technology,and then construct Chinese own petroleum strategic reserve.
