摘　　要：目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定清肺合剂的方法。方法色谱柱为DMC18(5μ,250x4.6mm)流动相为乙腈-0.25%磷酸(24:76),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为277nm。黄芩苷进样量在0.0807μg～0.4035μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5)平均回收率为100.6%。RSD为0.95%。结论本法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为本品的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Qing Fei mixture. Methods A DM C18（5u,250x4.6mm）column served as the chromatographic Column.the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.25%H3PO4（24：76） with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detective wavelength of 277nm.Results There was a good linear relationship between the sample size of baicalin and peak area score when the sample size was within the range of 0.0807ug～0.4035ug（r=0.9999 n=5） The average recovery was 100.6% RSD were 0.95%. Conclusion The method provides to be accurate,convenient,sensitive,well reproducible and mag thus be used in the determination of baicalin in QingFei mixture.
