摘  要:应用便携式光合作用系统Licor—6400对长沙市近50年生樟树人工林冠层光合作用进行了为期16个月的连续定位观测,结果表明:(1)冠层内不同方位、不同高度的叶片光合速率日进程存在一定的差异(P〈0.05),光合作用日进程呈现出"双峰"曲线,出现光合"午休"的时刻不一致;(2)冠层叶片光合速率存在明显的季节变化,依光合速率高低排序为春季〉夏季〉秋季〉冬季,其中夏季7月份光合速率明显低于8月份;(3)冠层光合速率潜力依不同季节而不同,依最大光合速率潜力排序为夏季(15.944 0μmol.m-2s-1)〉秋季(12.567 4μmol.m-2s-1)〉冬季(10.351 7μmol.m-2s-1)〉春季(9.331 4μmol.m-2s-1);表观量子效率排序为春季(0.09)〉夏季(0.07)〉秋季(0.05)〉冬季(0.048);拟合方程与观测值结果间相关系数r2在0.961~0.989(P〈0.001)之间。Photosynthesis of urban plantation Cinnamomum camphora in Changsha city,central suptropical China was measured in the field with a portable gas analysis system Licor-6400 over 16 months.The results show that(1) diurnal changes of photosynthesis in the leaves varied with different direction and different height in the canopy(P0.05),showing bimodal curve while as midday depression in photosynthesis rate approaching time being diverse from each other;(2) photosynthesis rate in the canopy varied significantly with seasons,ranked as SpringSummerAutumnWinter,to be noteable that photosynthesis rate in July was significantly lower than that in August;and(3) canopy potential photosynthesis capacity changed with seasons,according to magnitude,potential photosynthesis capacity ranged as Summer(15.944 0 μmol·m-2 s-1) Autumn(12.567 4 μmol·m-2 s-1)Winter(10.351 7 μmol·m-2 s-1)Spring(9.331 4 μmol·m-2 s-1),and apparent quantum yield ranged as(AQY) Spring(0.09)Summer(0.07)Autumn(0.05)Winter(0.048),and the correlation coefficients(r2) between fitted equations and measured data were from 0.961 to 0.989 at the 0.001 level.
