摘　　要：目的探讨如何更好的治疗和预防前列腺电切术后尿道外口狭窄。方法回顾2003年2月至2010年2月前列腺电切病人的尿道外口狭窄发生率和治疗情况,总结经验更好的预防尿道外口狭窄的发生。结果回顾2003年2月至2008年12月我院开展前列腺电切147例发生尿道外口狭窄23例,发生率15.6%。2009年2月至2010年3月开展电切83例,通过多项综合措施预防外口狭窄,只有2例,发生率2.4%。两两比较,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿道外口狭窄是泌尿科电切手术的常见并发症。我们应该重视,通过采取合理的措施就能避免电切术后尿道外口狭窄的发生。Objective To determine how to prevent and treat after the TURP outerside urethra narrow.Methods Review the incidence and treat the TURP outside urethra narrow February 2003 to Feburuary.Summarize the experince and prevent outside the urethra narrow.Results 147 cases after the TURP February 2003 to December 2008 in our hospital,23 cases with outside the urethra narrow,the incidence 15.6%.83 cases after the TURP February 2009 to march 2010 in our hospital,use multiple method to prevent the outside urethra narrow,only tow cases,the incidence 2.4%.Both comparsion there were significanty differences.Conclusion The outside urethra narrow is common complications in urology.We must pay attention to it,take reasonable meaures to prevent the outside urethra narrow.
