摘　　要：将齿轮的建模、分析和设计集于一体进行研究,通过结合Microsoft Excel软件,在SolidWorks软件平台上快捷地生成渐开线曲线,完成齿轮3D的精确建模,并分别在COSMOSX-press和ANSYS中进行应力分析,从而确保了应用三维CAD技术进行产品的高效设计,同时提高了技术应用的水平,为方便、快捷、准确地研制和开发齿轮提供了有力的技术保障。Modeling, analysis,and design of gear are integrated together and researched, by combining Microsoft Excel, and quickly generate the involute curve in the platform of SolidWorks, complete the accurate 3D modeling of gear, and stress analysis of gear is conducted in COSMOSXpress and ANSYS, thus ensure to apply technology of 3D CAD for the efficient design of products, while increase the level of technology, provide strong technical support for convenient, fast and accurate research and development of gear.
