摘　　要：用螺纹梳刀在数控车床上加工接箍螺纹,螺纹表面出现了颤纹,严重影响螺纹质量。从材料的力学性能、切削变形、螺纹加工的吃刀深度和数控程序编制等方面进行了详尽分析,提出了自己的见解,较好地解决了产品质量问题。With a thread chaser in the CNC lathe processing coupling threads,the thread surface appears chatter mark, which has seriously influence the quality of threads. Analysis from the mechanical property, cutting lay, depth of cut , CNC to program and other aspects are detailed carried out, his own views are put forward, which can resolve the issue of product quality better.
