摘  要:介绍二齿差滚动活齿传动的结构和传动原理,确定顶事件、中间事件和底事件,并绘制该传动系统的故障树。将模糊数学的基本原理与传统故障树分析方法相结合,推导出计算顶事件发生概率的模糊算子。对二齿差滚动活齿传动进行定性分析和定量分析。当底事件发生的概率分别为确定数或模糊数时分别计算得出顶事件发生的概率。The structure and transmission principle of the two teeth difference roller movable tooth transmission were introduced. Top event, middle events and basic events were determined. And then fault tree of the transmission was drawn. Combining the fuzzy mathematics theory with the traditional fault tree analysis method, the fuzzy operator for calculating the top event occurrence probability was derived. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis about two teeth difference roller movable tooth transmission were carried out. The top event occurrence probability was calculated when the basic event occurrence probability was defining number or fuzzy number.
