摘　　要：由于车轮拆装机故障诊断的模糊性和复杂性,运用模糊数学方法对车轮拆装机的故障症状和故障原因的关系进行了分析,得到模糊关系矩阵,结合经验分析,建立了车轮拆装机故障诊断的模糊数学模型。通过意大利S530车轮装拆机装胎动作慢的故障诊断实例,验证了模型的实用性和可行性。As the wheel changer fault diagnosis of ambiguity and in the wheel changer fault symptoms and fault analysis of the complexity, the use of fuzzy mathematics relationship between reason, the fuzzy relationship matrix, combined with experience in analysis, the fault diagnosis wheel changer fuzzy mathematical model.
