摘　　要：结合不锈钢医用手术缝合针在化学抛光中所存在的实际问题,对化学抛光溶液成分进行优选,改变其化学抛光的工艺参数,通过光泽度检测、腐蚀率的计算,考察各组分及工艺参数对抛光效果的影响和对腐蚀质量损失的影响,筛选出既有较好抛光效果,较小腐蚀质量损失、又有较低抛光成本的化学抛光工艺。With considering the problems existing in chemical polishing of stainless steel medical surgery suture needle,the influence of polishing solution composition and processing parameters on the polishing quality and corrosion resistance of suture needle were investigated.Through experimental tests,optimum chemical polishing parameters under which the needle had a better polishing effect,higher corrosion resistance and lower cost were obtained.
