后危机时代俄罗斯经济现代化探析

摘　　要：本文分析了后危机时代俄罗斯经济现代化的时代背景、战略布局和制约因素。在界定经济现代化内涵的基础上,首先分析了俄罗斯政府重启经济现代化进程的时代背景;其次研究了俄罗斯政府为实现现代化目标而进行的战略布局;最后指出了影响和制约俄罗斯现代化进程的主要因素。研究结果表明,自上而下的俄罗斯经济现代化进程将是一个长期、艰难的过程。This paper analyzes the historical background of Russia＇s economic modernization, strategic layout and constraining factors in the post-crisis era. On the basis of defining the meaning of economic modernization, this article analyzes the historical background under which Russian government restarted the process of economic modernization, and then points out the strategic layout with which the Russian government wants to achieve the objective of modernization. At last, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing and restricting the modernization process of Russia. The results show that the top-down mod- ernization of the Russian economy will experience a long and arduous process.
