摘  要:用缓冲气囊的缓冲特性对无人机伞降气囊回收方式进行了研究,并以单个气囊为对象,分析了影响缓冲性能的主要因素,认为质量体积比m /vi 和排气口面积 An 是决定缓冲效果的主要因素。在理论分析的基础上给出了质量体积比m /vi 的最优值,同时建立了排气口分析模型,推导出计算排气口面积的公式,实践证明其结果是正确的,对工程应用具有特别重要的意义。Research on the cushioning characteristic of air bag for the parachute air bag recovery system for the remotely piloted vehicle (RPV) is made. It finds out that the air bags can be used to absorb landing shocks at normal parachute sinking speeds with deceleration acceptable for RPVs. This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the deceleration characteristic such as bag shape,initial pressure,initial bag height, mass to volume ratio (m/v i) and the area of the flow nozzle (A n) by using a one air bag system,and it is concludes that mass to volume ratio (m/v i) and the area of the flow nozzle (A n) are the main factors. From the standpoints of maximum deceleration and required stroke,the vertical cylinder appears to be the best shape studied. The optimal value of m/v i is given and the flow nozzle analysis model is used to derive the formula of the area of the flow nozzle.The conclusions are proved to be true and practical in engineering use.
