摘　　要：概述了塑料异型材挤出成型设计方法。分别就异型材截面的设计原则、异型材挤出模具模头设计分析、异型材定型模设计三个方面进行分析。阐述了设计过程应该注意的事项,以便更好的完善塑料异型材挤出模具的设计。This article summarizes the design method of the plastics extrusion molding.Analyzing the three aspects：the design principle of the profile sectiont,he design of the extrusion die head,the design of the shaper.Elaborated the design process should be noticed,in order to better improve the design of the plastics extrusion die.
