基于准自然标志的平面位移测量方法

摘　　要：针对三坐标测量机的结构复杂、系统庞大、价格昂贵使得应用面受到限制的特点。因此开发了一种基于虚拟坐标测量概念,采用数字图像处理技术的简化三坐标测量机。在平面位移测量上,用具有不同半径长的圆形图案人造石材板作为工作台面,以圆心坐标与半径长为标志,利用Hough变换计算出圆形的圆心坐标及半径长度,再利用已知的圆心坐标及半径确定摄像机移动位移。相对地也就能知道工作台面的位移情况。经实验验证了该方法的可行性。Tri-ordinate measuring machine according to the complicated structure and systems,expensive makes application limits.Therefore developed a virtual coordinate measurement based on the concept of using digital image processing techniques,the simplified tri-ordinate measuring machine.In horizontal displacement measurement,with different radius longer circular design artificial stone plate as working mesa is calculated by Hough transform,the circular circle radius,coordinate and length of known circle radius and coordinates determined camera movement displacement.Relative to also can know the displacement worktable.The experimental results verify the feasibility of this method.
