摘　　要：人造金刚石以其高硬度、高耐磨性等优良的性能,广泛应用于制造锯切工具。本文分析了金刚石颗粒的磁性、金刚石工具的烧结工艺和焊接工艺、胎体性能对金刚石工具锯切性能及使用寿命的影响。另外,金刚石工具的使用条件也会对其寿命产生影响。Synthetic diamond is used to make saw cutting tools widely because of its good properties such as high hardness,high abrasion resistance and so on.In this paper magnetic particles,sintering and welding technology,performance of matrix were analyzed to indicate the effect on cutting properties and working life of diamond cutting tools.In addition,application conditions can also have effect on its working life.
