摘　　要：本研究以农民发明、农民发明创造等关键词,在互联网上随机搜索了1 885个农民发明创造的案例,其中创新者和创新者居住地为主项,以中国国家知识产权局专利信息中心数据库中该创新者的发明创造专利及其相关信息为依据,研究我国农民发明创造专利的现状及其存在问题,并据此提出促进我国农民创新的粗浅见解。The paper searched 1885 cases based the Key words of farmers＇ invention in the internet.Meanwhile,the article also used innovators and residence of the innovators,used invention patents and related information,researched peasants and Problems.Finally,the paper put forward to promote farmer innovation in China.
