摘 要:解决了据工程要求是否对声速进行温湿度修正及如何修正的问题。推导出声速的温湿度修正公式,并利用超声波测距精度验证其精确性。分析了确定湿度下声速受温度的影响及确定温度下受湿度的影响,总结出若分别忽略湿度及温度影响,测量声速所产生的最大相对误差。在设计传感器时可根据此误差决定是否对声速进行温湿度修正。The problems whether and how sonic velocity to be corrected on temperature and humidity were resolved based on the engineering application.A temperature and humidity correction for sonic velocity formula was put forward,and was validated by the measurement precision of ultrasonic range finder.Then the influences were analyzed,which the temperature impact on the velocity at some humidity,and which the humidity impact on it at a temperature.The maximum relative errors of velocity were concluded when humidity and temperature was ignored separately,which could be used to decided whether to amend the sonic velocity in sensor design.
