摘 要:采用固相合成法制备了(1-x)Bi4Ti3O12-xBaTi O3(BIT-BT)压电陶瓷材料,研究了BaTi O3含量对BIT-BT陶瓷显微组织结构及电性能的影响规律。结果表明,BIT-BT陶瓷主要由Bi Ti3O12和BaTi O3两相组成,当0.1≤x(BT)≤0.7时,材料中出现BaBi4Ti4O15相。随着BT摩尔分数的增加,居里温度TC逐渐降低,介电常数εr逐渐增大,介电损耗tanδ和压电常数d33先增大后减小。当材料组分为0.6BIT-0.4BT时性能达到最佳,其TC=455℃、εr=147、tanδ=0.011、d33=20 pC/N。The(1-x)Bi4Ti3O12-xBaTiO3(BIT-BT) piezoelectric ceramics with high Curie temperature were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction.The effect of BaTiO3 content on the microstructure and electrical properties was investigated.The results revealed that the main phases of BIT-BT were BiTi3O12 and BaTiO3.When the molar fraction of BT was 0.1≤x≤0.7,the BaBi4Ti4O15 phase was coexisted in the BIT-BT ceramics.With BaTiO3 content increase,the Curie temperature TC decreased,while the dielectric constant εr increased gradually.The dielectric loss tanδ and the piezoelectric constant d33 increased firstly and then decreased with BaTiO3 content increase.When the component was from 0.6BIT to 0.4BT,the ceramics had the optimal properties,its TC was 455 ℃,εr was 147,tan δ was 0.011 and d33 was 20 pC/N.
