摘　　要：本文针对我国临床路径护理实践中的现状进行分析,指出临床路径的在护理实践中存在的问题,并就循证护理发展、护理临床评价研究、护理版临床路径表格内容和医师的观念阻碍临床护理路径的实施等方面的问题解决提出合理化建议:通过政策支持改善外部环境;通过深入发展循证护理以寻求最佳路径;通过积极开展护理临床评价研究一科学体现护理服务价值;通过统一细化护理版临床路径以规范临床路径的开展。Status and problems of clinical pathway management in nursing was discussed.Suggestions in perspectives of evidence based nursing,nursing clinical evaluation research,clinical pathway table for nursing and doctor＇s views which hinder clinical pathway implementation were mentioned.The detailed suggestions involved improving external environment by finding policy support,finding optimized pathway by developing evidence based nursing,attesting the values of nursing by developing clinical nursing evaluation and standardizing clinical pathway management by integrating and detailing nursing clinical pathway.
