摘　　要：临床路径管理工作在我国起步较晚,目前尚处于探索阶段,因此,在试点医院执行临床路径的过程中,变异和退出的例数相对较多。本文通过现场查阅临床路径试点医院变异记录本,收集进入临床路径管理的患者变异和退出的相关病历信息,对变异和退出的原因进行分析,为试点医院临床路径管理相关工作的开展提供依据。clinical pathway management is a newbornthing in China and in exploration stage.The variation and withdrawal cases that were involved in clinical pathway management in pilot hospitals were relatively high.Notes of patients variation in pilot hospitals and medical records of involved patients were reviewed to analyze the causes of variation and withdrawal and give evidence for develop clinical pathway in pilot hospitals.
