摘　　要：医用高值消耗材料管理是医院物资管理的重要组成部分。本文从高值消耗材料寄售管理的角度,分析原医院器材管理中存在的问题,结合我院实施物资寄售的实际情况,探讨如何更好地加强医用高值消耗材料的物流管理。即从供应链一体化操作的考虑出发,在供应链组织的互动协作下,以物流终端的信息为拉动,通过信息的快速传递和快捷精确的物流保障,实现以较低的在库水准和及时性供应来满足医疗需求,为医院发展提供高水平的物流保障。The medical high value consumable material management is the important part of hospital goods and material management.In view of medical high-value consumable materials consign for sale,problems in hospital material management are discussed.Based on the status of consign for sale,how to strengthen medical high-value consumable materials＇ logistic management is discussed.Integrated supplying chain as the goal,different levels of supply chain are coordinated and the information end the chain is regarded as important information to match medical demands under the precondition of low stock and assure hospital material supply.
