手推式摩擦因数测试车的应用研究

摘　　要：为了分析手推式摩擦因数车在路面抗滑性评价中的应用,介绍了手推式摩擦因数测试车的工作原理、构造和测试方法。选取典型表面饰纹方式处理的高等级水泥路面作为试验段,对手推式摩擦因数测试车以及摆式仪、铺砂法、连续式摩擦因数测试车(SAFEGATE)、横向式摩擦因数测试车(SCRIM)进行测试,利用相应的测值回归出手推式摩擦因数测试车测值与不同测试设备测值之间的相关性公式,并进行了对比分析。结果表明:手推式摩擦因数测试车测值与摆值、构造深度的相关性与路面饰纹类型有关,对拉毛及露石2种类型有较好的相关性,与刻槽类型则相关性较差;对试验路选取的饰纹类型,手推式摩擦因数测试车测值与纵向摩擦因数、横向摩擦因数均有良好的相关性;手推式摩擦因数测试车与横向式摩擦因数测试车评价路面抗滑力等级的测试结果基本一致,说明手推式摩擦因数测试车评价路面的抗滑力是可行的。To analyse the application of handy friction tester in the evaluation of pavement skid-re- sistant performance, this paper firstly studied the components and work theory of this tester. This device can test the friction of field pavement surfaces, then the correlation between this de- vice and the other equipments is established after a large number of experiments. The results indicate that： the astroturf drag and exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement have a good relationship among British pendulum number, texture depth and handy friction factor, but not with groove; for the different types of surface texture, it has the good correlation among the handy friction factor, profile frictional coefficient and sideway force coefficient; this tester and SCRIM vehicle evaluation of the skid-resistant levels of pavement occurred the approximately evaluation results, this verifies this tester is feasible to attribute the skid-resistant performance of pavement. 7 tabs, 4 figs, 7 refs.
