摘　　要：根据现场勘验获得的痕迹物证,以及调查访问中获取的人证与物证的鉴定结论等信息,通过逻辑推理将个别情节连贯起来,对事故中难以解释或存有争议的人员行为活动及位置关系等进行重建,成功地认定了一起重大涉外火灾事故中法籍人员死亡原因。Based on physical evidences collected from the scene, testimonies obtained through interviews and expert conclusions on the physical evidences, with these individual details logicaliy connected and some details that are difficult to explain or debatable concerning the human activities and positions reconstructed, the cause of death of the French during the fire was successfully determined.
